SA302GrB steel plate is an American standard manganese molybdenum alloy steel plate for pressure vessels, with the execution standard being ASME/WYJ (including heat treatment, level 1 inspection, all properties) American Society for Materials and Testing standards. SA302GrB steel plate is used for pressure vessels with different pressures and strengths, and its working pressure strength is generally 314Mpa or higher. When the thickness is less than or equal to 25mm, the C content is ≤ 0.20, the Si content is 0.15-0.40, the Mn content is 1.15-1.50, the P content is ≤ 0.025, the S content is ≤ 0.025, and the Mo content is ≤ 0.45-0.60.
When the thickness is between 25mm-50mm, the C content is ≤ 0.23, the Si content is 0.15-0.40, the Mn content is 1.15-1.50, the P content is ≤ 0.025, the S content is ≤ 0.025, and the Mo content is ≤ 0.45-0.60.
When the thickness is greater than 50mm, the C content is ≤ 0.25, the Si content is 0.15-0.40, the Mn content is 1.15-1.50, the P content is ≤ 0.025, the S content is ≤ 0.025, and the Mo content is ≤ 0.45-0.6.
